We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states. International shipping is not available at this time.

Standard shipping is free on all orders within the United States. There is no minimum order amount.

Orders are processed within 0–1 business days, excluding weekends and major U.S. holidays. Orders placed after 2:00 PM MT are processed the next business day. Once shipped, standard delivery typically takes 2–3 business days, depending on your location and carrier conditions.

No. We offer standard shipping only — expedited and express options are not available at this time.

Yes. Once your order ships you will receive an email with a tracking number, which you can use to follow your package at any time.

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Diners Club, JCB, Elo and UnionPay. You can also check out with Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay or PayPal, and gift cards or store credit can be applied at checkout. The options available to you are always shown before you confirm your order.

Yes. Checkout runs on Shopify's hosted, PCI-DSS compliant platform over SSL/TLS, and card payments are processed by Shopify Payments. We never see or store your full card details on our servers.

We accept returns for manufacturing defects, damage that occurred during shipping, and wrong items received. We are unable to accept returns for change of mind, incorrect size expectations or personal preference. If you have any doubt about a product before ordering, contact us and we will help.

You must contact us within 30 days of delivery confirmation to request a return.

Report it within 72 hours of delivery. Email us photos showing the visible damage to the product, the outer shipping box and its condition, the shipping label (it must be readable), and the inner packaging materials. That lets us process your claim quickly.

We do. For approved returns — defective, damaged or wrong items — we cover the return shipping cost and you are not charged for sending the item back.

Refunds go back to the original payment method used at checkout. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, refunds are typically processed within 3–7 business days; allow extra time for your bank or payment provider to show it. We do not offer exchanges or store credit at this time.
